経歴 (Career)
私は、東北工業大学を卒業後、国内の切削工具メーカー（YAMAWA）へ入社し、そこで44年間お世話になりました。
After graduating from Tohoku Institute of Technology, I joined a japanese cutting tool manufacturer (YAMAWA) and worked there for 44 years.
在職中は生産管理、品質管理、技術開発、品質ISO9001・環境ISO14001の管理責任者、品質管理取締役、執行役員工場長などを歴任致しました。
仕事の一環として、海外サプライチェーンとのネットワーク構築、並びに国際工作機械見本市での対応など、異文化コミュニケーションに興味を持つに至りました。
それが切っ掛けで日本大学文理学部（英文学専攻）へ在学し、文学士の学位を取得することが出来ました。
During my tenure, I held various positions including production management, quality control, technology development, quality ISO9001 and environmental ISO14001 manager, quality control director, and executive factory manager.
As part of my job, I became interested in cross-cultural communication, such as building networks with overseas supply chains and dealing with international machine tool trade fairs.This led me to enroll in Nihon University’s College of Literature (majoring in English Literature) and earn a Bachelor of Arts degree.
